Our classes are designed to be fun, informative and packed with tips, techniques and presentation skills. They are based on entertaining with creatively themed menus. We believe that everyone deserves good nutrition and are delighted to give you ideas that will inspire you to create healthy dishes that you will be eager to share with your friends and family.

The cooking demonstration with Chef Sigret  includes a generously portioned multi course lunch, recipe booklet and instruction from 11am-2pm.  $40 per person

Class schedule and menu plan for Fall 2016

Since we strive to incorporate and showcase as much local produce as possible our menus are subject to change with the availability or lack there of ingredients.

August  20th– Raw Cuisine –  Italian

Zucchini spaghetti, Living Lasagna, Basil Pesto, Sun-dried Tomato Marinara, Maple Banana Tiramisu

September 17th– Late Summer Produce
Summer Squash Bisque, Super-grain Lunch Bowl, Coconut Chia Pudding With Apple Compote and Cranberry Whip

October 15th – Halloween
Skeleton Squash Ribs, Graveyard Rice, Green Slime Sauce and many more creepy food recipes

Thanksgiving – All things Pumpkin – 2 classes for this menu!
Butternut Squash Soup, Warm Kale and Quinoa Salad with Delicata Squash Rings and Cranberry Gastrique, Pumpkin Spice Cheesecake with Fig and Cranberry Compote
