Classes and Events


Our classes are designed to be fun, informative and packed with tips, techniques and presentation skills. They are based on entertaining with creatively themed menus. We believe that everyone deserves good nutrition and are delighted to give you ideas that will inspire you to create healthy dishes that you
will be eager to share with your friends and family.

The cooking demonstration with Chef Sigret  includes a full multi course lunch, recipe booklet and instruction from 11am-2pm.  $40 per person

Class Schedule for 2015

January 10th – Gourmet Dehydrator Recipes. Even if you don’t have a dehydrator you will want to attend this class just to eat the food! 4 course gourmet menu that includes, snacks, wraps, entrees, sauces, and dessert! WOW! This class is now fully booked but will be offered again.

Jan 24th  – Vegan Cooking – The holidays are over let’s party! Learn how to make a variety of fun appetizers and how to creatively set up a buffet for any occasion! This class is now fully booked!

February 28 – Vegan Cooking – Working with what local and in season! “Get back to your roots” Recipes for root vegetables and much more! Only a few seats remaining!

March 21 – Vegan Cooking – Seasonal and local spring vegetables will be the focus. Menu pending.

April 18 – Vegan Cooking – Vegetarian BBQ. This class is now fully booked!

May 9 and May 23 – Raw Vegan

June 13- Dehydrator Class and June 27 – Raw Vegan Asian
