Our classes are designed to be fun, informative and packed with tips, techniques and presentation skills. They are based on entertaining with creatively themed menus. We believe that everyone deserves good nutrition and are delighted to give you ideas that will inspire you to create healthy dishes that you
will be eager to share with your friends and family.
The cooking demonstration with Chef Sigret includes a full multi course lunch, recipe booklet and instruction from 11am-2pm. $40 per person

September 12th – Vegan Cooking – Menu designed with lunch in mind.
Smoked Vegetable and Cheeze soup, Super Grain Lunch Bowl, vegan and gluten free dessert bars
September 26th – Vegan Cooking – End of Summer Vegetables – A variety of recipes that will include:
Tomatoes, Eggplant, Zucchini, Peppers Etc.
October 10th – Vegan Cooking
October 24th – Vegan Cooking
